The property has a large ruin which can be legally lived in and reconstructed, a second storey can be constructed. There is a regadio for water usage, a regadio is a cheap water source which costs roughly 11 cent per cubic metre. Electricity is already connected. There is also a large garage next to the house, which could be used for tractor storage, car storage, tools etc.
The farm is full of olive trees, approximately 80. Along with many other types of fruit tree, such as fig, peach, cherry, grape, apple & more.
There is a stream on the boundary which carries a lot of water. A pond is sited at the entrance of the water mine which flows constantly creating a nice water feature, full of water cress.
