The property has a 90m stretch of river on the boundary, which runs all year, in the summer it slows to a large stream but never dries up. The river can be dammed up to create deeper swimming spots, although there are already some decent areas which get to approximately 1.5m deep in the winter, 1m deep in the summer. Not possible to construct a house here from block, but it is possible to use / install motorhomes, caravans, yurts, cabins, tents,erect sheds for animals etc.

The property is overgrown, hence the cheap price. It would be easy enough to get tractors or diggers on the property to clear terraces or create flat areas, we can arrange this. There are lots of trees on the property, mainly willow varieties, an extremely large chestnut, cork oaks, wild grape vines, etc.

Electricity would need to be via solar panels, as the land is realistically too far to bring mains electricity to the site. Water would either need to be extracted from the river or via a borehole.
