This 9.5 hectare (23.5 acre) farm has huge sprawling pastures lined with granite stone walls. There are 2 pastures which were planted with stone pines 2 years ago, the tree that gives pine nuts. The property is located in a very tranquil setting, no large roads nearby, but a small tarmac road 1km~ from the farm, from the tarmac track a good quality farm track is used for access. There are lots of pastures which would be ideal for livestock, due to them having water sources for drinking water and also irrigation, namely a pond and a well. These pastures are all lined with hedges, boulders, stone walls and copses of trees separating each of them. There are a quite a few large flat terraces also which would ideal for orchards. Apples, pears, chestnut, plum, cherry, almond and olive do fantastic in this area (as well as many other trees also).

There is a nice sized pond on the property which is full year round, a borehole will be required (or capping of the well), we can assist with the installation if needed. Electricity is approximately 200m from the boundary.

There is one 46m2 ruin on the land, which has perfectly straight, tall granite walls, the ruin can be legally constructed to 92m2 over two storeys and no doubt can be extended if desired.
