Stone farm house

This tranquil homestead in the village of Enxames has a size of 1 hectare, with various sections of deciduous forestry, a small section of pine forest, a well and electricity connected.

There is a beautiful large slate & granite stone cottage situated close to the center of the farm, a building with a lot of character and so much potential. The buildings footprint is 140m2 and 280m2 over two storeys.

The land has around 50 olive trees and is in the heart of nature on the Gardunha mountain foothills.
