This 5 hectare terraced homestead has a beautifully tranquil, secluded feel whilst only being a short distance from the village of Lavacolhos, accessed via a slate stone track, containing forestry, fords and flowers at every turn. The property has lots of large fields, separated by slate terrace walls.

The farm is bordered on the south side by a few hundred metres of year round river frontage and waterfalls. There are numerous fruit trees, namely olives, peach, cherry, apple, pear, fig and many more.

There are two ruins on the land, both in slate. The smaller of which is 28m2 (56m2 on two storeys) and the larger is 200m2 (400m2 on two storeys). Both the ruins can be legally constructed and lived in. Mains electricity is possible, but solar would be cheaper. A borehole would be necessary for water as mains water will not be possible here.
