The granite stone ruin has excellent walls and can be constructed to 52m2 usable area over two storeys. An amazingly tranquil, serene location for a nice stone house, large windows on the top floor would allow for a beautiful view down to the river.
There are plenty of open large terraces ready for orchards, vegetable gardens or of course livestock farming.
Access to the property is via a shingle track that most any vehicle can access, 4x4 is not necessary.
