Olive Grove Mountain Homestead

This 2.4 hectare tranquil mountain homestead has uninterrupted views from high up on the Gardunha looking right out to the snow capped Estrela mountain. Each of the terraces are lined with xisto (slate) stone walls. There are somewhere between 50 / 80 olive trees, most are easily seen and accessed but about a third are hidden in the brambles, hence not being able to count exactly how many there are. The property is located in a very tranquil setting, no large roads nearby, but a small tarmac road 200m from the farm, from the tarmac track a good quality slate shingle track is used for access.

There is a nice sized pond on the property which has crystal clear water running from a spring year round, a borehole will be required (or capping of the spring), we can assist with the installation if needed. For electricity solar is the best option given the distance of the nearest electricity post ~2km.

There is one 22m2 ruin on the land, which has perfectly straight, tall xisto walls, the ruin can be legally constructed to 44m2 over two storeys.
